CLUB RULES
Tread lightly: This rule encourages members to drive responsibly and minimize their impact on the environment while off-roading to preserve natural habitats and trails.
Always stay in contact: This is essential for maintaining communication among club members during rides, ensuring everyone's safety and coordination.
Bring spare tire with you: Carrying a spare tire is crucial in case of a flat or puncture during off-road adventures.
When in doubt, get out and look: If uncertain about an obstacle or trail condition, it's safer to stop and assess the situation on foot before proceeding.
Have front and rear recovery points: Recovery points are attachment points on a vehicle that can be used to tow or recover it in case it gets stuck.
Respect local trail laws and restrictions: This rule promotes compliance with local regulations and helps maintain access to trails for everyone.
Zero alcohol tolerance while on the trails: This is a critical safety rule to ensure that members operate vehicles in a sober and responsible manner.
You must be licensed and insured at all times: This rule emphasizes the importance of adhering to legal requirements for operating vehicles on public roads and trails.
You must operate vehicles in a safe manner for everyone: Members are expected to drive responsibly and consider the safety of others on the trail.
Never venture down a trail alone; if you do - be well prepared: It's safer to travel in groups to assist each other in case of emergencies. However, if someone chooses to ride alone, they should be adequately prepared for potential challenges.
Be active in the club, attend club meetings, rides, events & offer help: Active participation in the club fosters camaraderie and a strong sense of community, promoting a positive and enjoyable experience for all members.
